Mini USA has teamed up with Fooji to provide a more efficient way to test drive two of their latest car models in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
By simply tweeting #MINIonDemand + ? to @MINIUSA, users that reside in these two cities will receive a link that allows them to sign up for a free 30-minute test drive of the Mini Countryman or Mini Countryman Plug-In Hybrid. Not only can the registration process be completed totally online, but the car will even be delivered right to your front door during the time frame you select. This test on your own time offer is available from October 30th to November 30th.
Although this campaign only reached two cities, the brand was able to tap into the online shopping trend while in an industry that often requires traditional brick-and-mortar shopping. By creating such a quick and easy test driving process, many more people are likely to give it a try and at least talk about their experience with friends and family, even if no purchase is made.
