SMobile launched a mobile app for the iPhone and iPod Touch targeted at general consumers to encrypt sensitive contact data. Contact Crypt 1.6 allows consumers to select specific contacts and encrypt them to prevent the possible security threats that the mobile devices might be at risk for. As every smart phone has a reported case of hacker compromise, consumers are seeking readily available programs. The Contact Crypt is now available from the Apple App Store for download.
