The NY Mets create sports consumer loyalty with mobile in-stadium activations wit such sponsors as Xerox, Verizon Wireless, Wise, and Caesar’s Palace. The sponsorships invited fans to e-mail a picture from their mobile phone, or engage in a text promotion for an opportunity to interact with the game on a new level. The branded promotions are established as a unique way to make the consumers have a more enjoyable time while at the Citi Field and build brand loyalty.
