IKEA is targeting trendy consumers with an iPhone app to launch its PS Collection in Germany. The app allows consumers to snap a photo of the room where their new furniture would go and see how it would look by superimposing a scaled-down picture of the furniture into the room. Posters around its outlets urge consumers to download the app using Bluetooth or text-in for a link.
