The popular data site Dex Knows is now launching a mobile app for general consumers that supplies information on theatrical movie releases. Using Fandango software to connect consumers with movie showtimes, reviews, ticket purchases, etc. The app allows fans of Dex Knows to access movie information from their mobile device as Fandango benefits from attaching itself to a already successful brand. There is no news on whether Dex Knows plans to expand their mobile database. However, Dex Knows spokespeople said they are offering Fandango powered resources due to consumer demand for frequent Dex Knows’ searches.
