Buzzd is a popular “nightlife” mobile application that pulls information from Twitter, Foursquare, Gowalla, etc. regarding the most “buzzd” about hot spots around a given location. Currently buzzd maintains 500,000 active users which is anticipated to significantly grow with the highly anticipated release of buzzd on the Android platform.
